Sergey Perelekhov, was born in Kemerovo, Siberia. At the age of 6 he began to play the guitar under the tutelage of his father and later enrolled in music school.

After completing music school, Perelekhov began attending music university and studied with Y. P. Kuzin in Novosibirsk. Since 2017 he studies at the Russian Academy of Music in Gnesins in the class of the renowned Russian musician N. A. Komolyatov.

Perelekhov is an academic at the Young Talents of Kuzbass fund, winner of the Young Talents of Russia competition, two-time winner of the Russian Delphic Games competition, owner of the President’s grant and has won more than 40 more music competitions, including the 2020 edition of the renowned Llobet Contest that is held annually in Barcelona.
